Introduction:
The mobile phone drop tester is suitable for testing the durability of the casing and the resistance of the internal structure to (heavy) drops. It is used to evaluate the impact of accidental drops on product performance during actual customer use. It is suitable for drop tests on small electronic products such as mobile phones, tablets, e-readers, and electronic dictionaries in specified directions or locations. The system uses a touchscreen and PLC to communicate, controlling a brake stepper motor to drive the lifting and lowering of the clamps on the drop mechanism, and coordinating with the release device and the release action of the clamps to achieve the drop test.
Features:
1. The frame is constructed of aluminum profile and thickened transparent acrylic, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and robust structure.
2. The lifting mechanism uses linear guide rails and synchronous belt drive for lifting, allowing for arbitrary setting of the test height.
3. Enables multi-angle testing of products.
4. Employs a touchscreen and PLC control system, displaying data such as test height and number of drop tests.
5. The equipment includes a safety light curtain (automatic shutdown when a hand enters the testing area).
