Rapid Cooling Machine for HDT Vicat Tester
Introduction:
This product is developed and produced by Hongtuo Instrument. It adopts microcomputer control and intelligent temperature control. A certain amount of water is injected into the internal water tank of the machine, and the water is cooled by the refrigeration system. The chilled water is automatically injected into the copper tube of the thermal deformation and Vicat test oil tank, the chilled water takes away the heat, and then the high-temperature hot water flows into the water tank again for cooling, and the cooled chilled water is injected into the copper tube, thus cycle, so as to quickly achieve the cooling effect.
Application principle:
According to GBT1633 Vicat softening point temperature measurement standard and GTB1634 load deformation temperature measurement standard, the standard specifies four test methods for determining the Vicat softening temperature (VST) of thermoplastics.
The heating rate is generally 50°C/h or 120°C/h. For example, the heating process is 50°C/h, and it takes about 5.5 hours from room temperature to 300°C. To the starting temperature of the test, it takes more than 6 hours for natural cooling, about 5 hours for air cooling, and about 3.5 hours for circulating normal temperature water cooling + air cooling. It takes about 40 minutes to use circulating 6°C chilled water + air cooling.
