Introduction:
Place the experimental material in the mold and place it parallel between the heated platens of this product. Apply a certain temperature and pressure to shape the experimental material for production reference.
Features:
1. The tablet press equipment is small in size and full of functions, with stable temperature and low noise. Easy to operate, save materials, and have accurate temperature.
2. High-precision, high-wear-resistant guide pillars with strong bearing capacity, stable lifting, and has function of fast rising, slow locking, and fast falling.
3. The surface temperature of the heating platen is uniform, the temperature control is accurate, the temperature controller can accurately display temperature data, and the operation is safe and convenient.
4. Under a certain center distance, larger diameter hydraulic cylinder is allowed to be installed, thereby reducing the number of hydraulic cylinders, with simple structure and low maintenance.
5. The oil pump motor stops working when the experimental materials are pressed and formed, and has function of automatic pressure compensation. The oil circuit configuration is more reasonable and reliable.
6. The exhaust time, exhaust times, heating temperature, and pressurization time can be set, making it easy to operate.
Application:
It is mainly used in rubber and products, plastics and PVC products, pigments, masterbatch, stabilizers, and other industries. Its main purpose is to test and compare the physical properties of raw materials after molding.
For example: the glossiness of the surface of the material after molding, whether there are black spots, its strength, hardness, plasticity after adding auxiliary materials, etc.
