DH-DI-01 Double Wing Package Simulated Drop Impact Test Machine
The full-automatic double-wing drop tester,the double-wing drop tester are used to test the damage of the product's packaging due to falling, and to evaluate the impact strength of the transport handling process.
The double-wing drop tester can perform free drop test on the surface, corners, and edges of the package, equipped with a digital display height displayer and a decoder for high-level tracking, so that the product drop height can be accurately given,the error is not more than 2% or 10mm compared with preset drop height.This machine adopts single-arm double-column structure with electric reset, electric drop control and electric lifting device: Easy to use; the unique hydraulic cushioning device greatly improves the service life, stability and safety of the machine. The single arm setting can be easily placed the product, and the angle error between the falling angle impact surface and the bottom plane is less than or equal to 5°.
