The product adopts comprehensive electromagnetic compatibility design and humanized menu design, and adopts the company's self-developed adaptive temperature control technology for temperature control, which completely simplifies the operation of the equipment and solves the problem of multiple parameter adjustments required by PID control technology in the past. It eliminates shortcomings such as flushing and has excellent temperature control effect. Dual-screen high-brightness wide-window digital display provides clear and intuitive value indication. With microcomputer intelligent control, after setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating power and displays the heating status. The temperature control is accurate and stable. There are the parts which are over-temperature alarm and automatic cut off heating power. It has a timing function, and the timing time is up to 9999 minutes. It has the function of protecting parameter memory and incoming call recovery from data loss due to power outage and crash state.

• Thermal insulation layer

With high performance insulation construction, from the inside to the outside, there is an inner cavity, inner shell, ultra-fine glass fiber, and air inter layer, so the inner tank loses less heat. The unique mechanism of the inner tank, outer box and door tank greatly reduces the heat transfer from the inner cavity.

• Box internal structure

The heat of the electric heater placed on the back of the box is discharged forward through the side air duct. After passing through the dry matter, it is sucked in by the high-performance special fan on the back, forming a reasonable air duct, which can fully convect the hot air and limit maximize the temperature inside the box to uniformity.

• Box external structure

It adopts domestic streamlined arc design, the outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed. The height of the shelves in the studio and the number of shelves can be customized according to the user's requirements. The inner tank is made of stainless steel, and the semicircular four-corner design makes cleaning easier.

• The power supply should be installed correctly and ensure good grounding.
• This equipment is for indoor use and can be installed smoothly.
• Do not bake flammable and explosive items to prevent accidents.
• When used for the first time or left for a long time, it should be baked at a low

temperature of 80~100℃ for 2 hours before normal use to facilitate the

discharge of moisture and enhance the service life. It should be observed

frequently to avoid damage to the workpiece.

• When picking up and placing samples, be careful not to hit the temperature

control components to prevent damage to the equipment.
