Shore Hardness Tester
Introduction:
The Shore rubber hardness tester is an instrument for measuring the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products. The instrument has four types: A, C, D, and F.
Type A is suitable for hardness testing of low and medium hardness plastics, leathers, various types of rubber, polybasic grease, wax, etc. Type C is suitable for testing the hardness of rubber-plastic microporous materials made of foamed plastic with a compression ratio of 50% and a stress of 0.5kg / c㎡ or more. D type rubber hardness tester is widely used in the hardness test of high hardness materials such as hard rubber, hard resin, acrylic, glass, thermoplastic, printing plate, fiber and so on. Type F is suitable for hardness testing of sponges, soft foam materials, and polyurethane foam rubber products.
